All Sales Are Final
All services, treatments, packages, memberships, promotions, deposits, and products purchased at Paradise Laser Medical Spa are final and non-refundable. This applies to gift cards, laser hair removal, lip filler, Botox and other neuromodulators, injectable treatments, facials, microneedling, skin treatments, and all medical aesthetic services, whether purchased in-studio, online, or through a payment plan regardless of whether treatments have begun.
Medical & Aesthetic Services
All injectable treatments, which include fillers for lip augmentation, Botox-A /neuromodulators for wrinkles and other facial/ body areas, and dermal fillers are elective medical procedures that are non-refundable once purchased or administered.
Results vary by individual anatomy, lifestyle, and biological response; therefore, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Additional treatments, touch-ups, or corrective services may be recommended and are not included unless explicitly stated.
Packages & Promotions & Payment Plans
All treatment packages are sold at exclusive or promotional pricing and are valid only for the individual client and treatment areas purchased.
Packages cannot be transferred, shared, gifted, exchanged, or refunded.
Promotional pricing, specials, and bundled services cannot be modified once purchased.
- Clients selecting a payment plan agree to complete all payments as scheduled.
- Missed or declined payments may result in treatment delays until the account is current.
- Failure to complete a payment plan does not void the package or qualify the purchase for a refund.

Adjustments & Courtesy Considerations
At our sole discretion, payments already made may be applied toward services of equal value as a one-time courtesy adjustment.
Such adjustments do not constitute a refund and do not alter this policy.
Treatment Results & Expectations
Individual results vary based on skin type, hair type, hormonal factors, medical history, and treatment compliance.
For laser hair removal typically results are dependent on each patients unique response to laser hair removal, commitment to our 8-12 session protocols ensures the best outcome and results.
Multiple sessions and maintenance treatments may be required.
