SHIPPING AND ELECTRONIC DELIVERY POLICY

This policy explains how Paradise Laser Medical Spa processes and delivers physical products, electronic service purchases, treatment packages, and gift cards purchased through our website.

Physical Products

Physical-product orders are typically processed and shipped on the same day or the next business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be treated as orders received on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed beginning on the next business day.

Processing times may be affected by product availability, holidays, severe weather, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Standard Shipping

Physical-product orders are generally shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Estimated transit time is typically 2–3 business days after the carrier receives the package, depending on the destination and service area.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside the control of Paradise Laser may affect delivery.

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Expedited and Overnight Shipping

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate expedited or overnight shipping requests. Expedited shipping is subject to product availability, carrier availability, processing deadlines, and additional shipping charges.

To request expedited shipping, email paradiselaserteam@gmail.com as soon as possible. An expedited-shipping request is not confirmed until Paradise Laser provides written confirmation and any additional shipping costs have been paid.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or transferred to the shipping carrier.

Paradise Laser is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and policies.

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or delivery issue, please contact us at paradiselaserteam@gmail.com so we can assist you with the available carrier procedures.

If an order arrives damaged, retain the product, packaging, and shipping materials and contact us promptly with photographs of the damage.

Electronic Service and Treatment Purchases

Laser hair removal packages, facials, microneedling treatments, HydraFacial MD® treatments, and other skincare, laser, aesthetic, or wellness services are not physically shipped.

An order confirmation or purchase information will be sent electronically to the email address provided at checkout. A member of our team will generally contact you within one business day to assist with scheduling when an appointment has not already been selected.

Purchasing a service or package does not automatically reserve an appointment unless a specific appointment has been separately scheduled and confirmed.

Service purchases remain subject to provider availability, treatment eligibility, consultation requirements, our cancellation policy, Refund Policy, treatment consents, and any package terms disclosed at purchase.

Electronic Gift Cards and Gift Certificates

Electronic gift cards and gift certificates will be sent to the purchaser’s email address or the recipient email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct recipient name and email address. If the gift card or certificate is not received, please check the spam or promotions folder before contacting our office.

Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and our applicable store policies.
