Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and reviewing appointment confirmations, preparation instructions, and contraindications.

Paradise Laser maintains a 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Late cancellations, same-day changes, or missed appointments may result in the loss of a deposit, forfeiture of a session, or a cancellation or scheduling fee, as disclosed during booking or in our applicable policy.

Certain appointments may require a deposit, consultation fee, scheduling fee, nurse fee, or card on file. Applicable fees will be disclosed before or during booking.

10. Treatment Packages and Promotions

Treatment packages and promotional offers:

Are valid only for the treatments, areas, quantities, providers, and conditions stated at purchase
May not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated
Have no cash value
May be nontransferable unless Paradise Laser approves a transfer in writing
May be subject to scheduling, eligibility, expiration, or redemption restrictions disclosed at purchase
May not be altered after treatment has begun unless approved by Paradise Laser

Complimentary sessions, bonuses, promotional add-ons, and gifts have no cash value and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If a client is no longer eligible for a purchased treatment, Paradise Laser will address the remaining balance in accordance with the applicable agreement, refund policy, professional assessment, and law.

11. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Refunds, product returns, service purchases, packages, deposits, prepaid appointments, gift cards, memberships, cancellations, and missed appointments are governed by our posted Refund Policy and any additional agreement or consent form provided at purchase or booking.

Where a treatment consent, package agreement, membership agreement, financing agreement, or written sales policy contains more specific terms, those terms will apply to that purchase.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Physical-product orders are subject to availability and our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, address errors, inventory, or circumstances outside our control.

13. Financing and Third-Party Payment Services

Paradise Laser may make third-party payment or financing options available, including services such as Cherry, Afterpay, or other providers.

Approval, payment schedules, interest, fees, disputes, credit decisions, and financing terms are controlled by the applicable provider. Paradise Laser does not guarantee approval and is not responsible for the provider’s independent decisions or services.

Financing obligations may continue even if a client cancels an appointment or changes their mind, subject to the applicable purchase agreement, refund policy, financing agreement, and law.

14. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases from Paradise Laser. Gift cards:

Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization unless required by law
May not be used to purchase another gift card
Are subject to any additional terms disclosed at purchase

15. Optional Marketing Emails and Text Messages

You may have the option to receive promotional emails or SMS text messages from Paradise Laser. Marketing consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
