Sales & Payment Policy
At Paradise Laser Medical Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional, results-driven treatments using medical-grade technology and expert care. To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, please review our Sales & Payment Policy carefully.
All Sales Are Final
All services, giftcards, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products purchased at Paradise Laser Medical Spa are final and non-refundable. This applies to purchases made in-studio, online, or via payment plans, regardless of whether treatments have begun.
Products and Retail
- Products that have not been used are eligible for a store credit within 10 days for the date it was bought. We will send you a return label and instructions to send us back the product(s).

You may process a return inquiry by email. Please email us at paradiselaserteam@gmail.com Someone from our team will get back to you in less than 24 hours. Our return process generally takes 1-3 days upon receiving your return inquiry.
Simply send us a message with your name, phone number, return inquiry, order number or items ordered.
Gift Certificates
- All Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, Payment Link Purchases, are non-refundable.
Laser Hair Removal
- All Laser Hair Removal Packages are non refundable, and final sale.
- Laser Hair Removal packages can not be switched to any different body area than originally purchased.
- All Laser Hair Removal Packages that have not been used are non-refundable.
- We can not treat areas that have white or red hair or over any tattoos and moles.
- If you are pregnant or will become pregnant in the future we will pause your Laser Hair Removal Package until you are cleared to receive treatment
We may deny you laser hair removal treatment on the day of your appointment for these precautionary reasons. This is designed to keep you safe and to eliminate any chance of adverse reactions:
- If you have started any antibiotic medication that is considered photo-sensitizing we will not be able to treat until you are 2 weeks out from your last dose.
- If you have had Botox or Filler 2 weeks before your appointment.
- If you have had recent sun exposure or fake tan in the area(s) being treated. We will not be able to treat until you are 2 weeks from most recent sun/tan exposure.
- Taking any anti-coagulant drugs
- Epilepsy, Melanoma/skin cancer, rosacea/telangiectasia, keloid scarring, active bacterial or fungal infections, bleeding disorders or blood thinning medication, immune suppression, aids, HIV, hepatitis, lupus, scars less than 3-6 months old, very thin skin, active sunburn, rashes, and/or any other chronic conditions.
- If you are pregnant or nursing
- If you have been exposed to COVID-19 and have tested positive.
- If you have started Accutane. We will not be able to treat until you are 6 months from your last treatment.
- If you have waxed, sugared, or used any other hair removal methods in the last 30 days.

Facials, Microneedling, and Chemical Peels
- All Spa Services offered at Paradise Laser are non-refundable.
We may deny you facial treatment on the day of your appointment for these precautionary reasons. This is designed to keep you safe and to eliminate any chance of adverse reactions:
- Botox, 5-7 days prior
- Fillers, 7-10 days prior
- Peels and lasers, 30 days prior
- Pregnant or Nursing
- Epilepsy, Melanoma/skin cancer, rosacea/telangiectasia, keloid scarring, active bacterial or fungal infections, bleeding disorders or blood thinning medication, immune suppression, aids, HIV, hepatitis, lupus, scars less than 3-6 months old, very thin skin, active sunburn, rashes, and/or any other chronic conditions.
- Have taken Isotretinoin (also known as Accutane) within the last 6 months.
- Chemotherapy or radiation treatments within the last 6 months
- If you have been exposed to COVID-19 and have tested positive.
All digital products, "gift certificates", "packages", "services", are sent to your email. No physical items will be sent. Do to the nature of these products (digital/instant downloadable) we can only offer refunds or returns once we have spoken to you directly or you have emailed us with your inquiry.
All digital products and gift certificates from Paradise Laser are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, share with others by any means, or profit in any way from the product. Colors may vary depending on individual screen settings.
